Putnam County Medical Mission
Putnam County Medical Mission is a Free Medical Clinic with locations in Crescent City and Palatka, Florida. Putnam County Medical Mission is an outreach of South Putnam Church in Crescent City. Free medical services have been provided to uninsured, low income residents of Putnam County since January 2013. During that time volunteers have donated over $865,000 of medical services through more than 2500 patient visits. The clinic is staffed with volunteer providers, nurses, medical assistants, translators and office aides. In the last year PCMM has served over 758 patients.

SPC Food Pantries
Our food pantries ministry are the heart and soul of our church. We believe that the local church is the hope of the world and through that we are supposed to identify and meet needs locally. SPC Food Pantry
SPC provides free food for those in need the third Monday of each month at The Cube.
Feeding Northeast Florida Food Truck
The second Tuesday of each month, SPC distributes over 9,000 pound of fresh food and produce to needy families at The Cube. The food is provided by Feeding Northeast Florida. In 2020, Feeding Northeast Florida provided more than 30.8 million meals to families in need throughout Northeast Florida. SPC is a Feeding Assistance Partner of Feeding Northeast Florida.
Mobile Food Pantry
The last Monday of each month, a team of SPC volunteers distribute food to home bound folks in South Putnam County.
SPC CONNECT
CONNECT is our student ministry. Students are a HUGE part of what we do here at SPC. Our mission is to provide a safe place where students can come and learn about the authentic love of Jesus. Students 6th through 12th grade meet weekly on Wednesday evenings for group activities, devotion, prayer, and a good meal.
