Putnam County Medial Mission

Putnam County Medical Mission is an outreach of South Putnam Church in Crescent City, Florida.  Free medical services have been provided to uninsured, low income residents of Putnam County since January 2013. During that time volunteers have donated over $220,000 of medical services through more than 1600 patient visits.  The clinic is staffed with volunteer providers, nurses, medical assistants, translators and office aides. In the last year PCMM has served over 350 patients.

Feed the Need (Food pantry)

Our feed the need ministry is the heart and soul of our church. We believe that the local church is the hope of the world and through that we are supposed to identify and meet needs locally. Our food pantry has served 1,051 families (2,220 adults, 1,114 children) totaling 3,334 in the last year. Our food pantry is on the first and third Monday's of every month.
